I am a certified change professional with over 20 years of delivering change in complex and highly regulated environments for customers across engineering, defence, oil and gas, supply chain, manufacturing and energy. I am passionate about the people side of transformation and believe that successful change is achieved when individuals understand the purpose behind it, feel involved in shaping it, and are supported throughout the transition.

I take a practical, hands-on approach, working closely with stakeholders to drive engagement, build capability and embed sustainable change.
