One of the UK’s leading management consultancies, Project One, is celebrating their 25th anniversary and a period of sustained growth with a move to a new head office.


Project One is a leading, independent business transformation consultancy, supporting large organisations with their most business-critical change and transformation agendas and delivery programmes. Over the last 25 years, they have built a reputation in the industry and support some of the UK’s largest change programmes. Their customer list includes: Unilever, BAE Systems, AstraZeneca, National Grid, VirginMediaO2, IAG, Rolls-Royce, and central Government.


Project One has been supporting their customers to change, thrive and grow in the current uncertain economic climate. The organisation is turning over £30m a year, with an award-winning team of 100 change experts, working at the most senior levels of organisations to drive business-critical change and transformation.


Project One has moved to a larger, eco-friendly premises, which supports more sustainable and modern ways of working for their growing team. Founded in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, 25 years ago, the organisation has stayed true to its heritage and remained in the town, whilst serving their customers globally.
