I am an astute Senior Transformation Programme Manager with over 30 years professional experience. I have extensive international experience operating in highly regulated environments enabling organisations to evolve and become more sustainable and resilient. My key differentiator is the varied nature of my background, having spent time in Front office, Operations, Transformation and Consulting roles.  I have expert knowledge across Transformation, including operating model and organisational design, digital delivery / automation, lean / process optimisation, plus location strategy, rightshoring and outsourcing.

 

I focus on delivering Technology driven large scale change programmes, and enjoy working with stakeholders across the business, operations and technology functions to drive efficiencies and revolutionise customer experience.  I have strong Project Management skills, an engaging style and always strive to lead from the front.
