Alister Cullum

Change Consultant

I am an experienced change consultant specialising in product-led and systems enabled transformation. I have delivered many large scale programmes over the course of my 15+ years of experience, as well as numerous advisory engagements setting the change agenda via IT and sourcing strategies.

 

My experience covers the breadth of the project lifecycle, from programme definition through to benefits realisation and in-life management. My most recent experience comes from delivering programmes in the telecommunications industry, although I have also demonstrated my ability in other industries such as financial services, utilities, government and public sector, and FMCG.
