I have a pure project and programme delivery background, and have been fortunate to work in many countries and across many sectors. The one common element has been the need to deliver value to my clients, swiftly and with long term outcomes. I spent several years on major programme recoveries. I have run several transformations, including a global entire corporate service and technology replacement. Latterly, I have been running large IT and BP outsources where there have been transformations, refreshes, programmes and change delivery components. Now it’s time to return to my consulting roots.
