I am a proven Change, Programme and Portfolio Director experienced in leading large (100-200 FTE), dispersed teams to deliver complex and challenging change through technology enabled transformations, wholesale business change and programme turnarounds. I thrive on helping an organisation realise their strategic goals and my roles typically involve delivery of disruptive change which often feels like the “edge of chaos”. I help shape the guiding vision and approach to allow diverse delivery teams to be self-correcting, highly adaptive and value learning. I help organisations adopt new methods and management styles (particularly the attitude to failure and learning) to create a process which is adaptive, iterative, and able to regularly integrate across the wide range of initiatives necessary to effect lasting change. To be effective in today’s complex and dynamic delivery environments, I seek to move teams away from “command and control” to empowering and orchestrating a network of passionate and capable leaders, at all levels of the system to drive outcomes not outputs.
I joined Project One to focus on helping customers successfully define and deliver their change outcomes in an increasingly dynamic and challenging environment.
