I have worked in admin roles throughout my career, beginning at Lombard North Central processing finance agreements. After 15 years I moved to a payroll position for Genus Breeding PLC joining a small team providing a payroll service and HR admin for around 1000 employees. This was initially for a 6 month contract and 14 years later I moved on to work for a local accountants processing payrolls for over 100 clients. I joined Project One in 2012 as Payroll/Accounts administrator, which has become a very varied and interesting role.
For me it’s the people that make Project One special. I have been lucky through my career to have worked with lovely people, but Project One takes this to another level. Everyone is so approachable and in our team we all help each other whenever it is needed. This is mirrored across the company – we have a corny saying “Teamwork to make the dream work”, but it is very true.
