I have been working in the change and transformation delivery arena for nearly 30 years, primarily within the public and financial services sectors, working initially in the Royal Air Force but for the past 25+ years in consulting for some of the larger global SI’s including CSC (now DXC), Fujitsu and Avanade/Accenture. I have delivered award-winning transformational activities and have built a reputation for creating high performance teams delivering impactful change.
I joined Project One at the start of 2020 and have spent nearly all my time successfully delivering a financial crime prevention – remediation programme for a UK Bank, but recently I have moved back into the defence sector working on the delivery of a major SAP S/4 change.
I had worked with Project One in my previous role at Nationwide Building Society, it was actually alongside my old boss from Fujitsu and what appealed to me was how they operated customer-side, shoulder- to-shoulder with the customer team, fully focused on making an impact to their businesses, getting the job done in the best way possible. I joined Project One in the clear belief they held the same core values as I did.
