I am a professionally qualified, experienced change professional with over 13 years’ experience in leading, establishing and delivering business and technical transformation programmes across a variety of sectors including Retail, Financial Services, Defence and Energy. I adopt a customer-centric approach and am driven to deliver sustainable outcomes that consistently exceed customer expectations.
With business change as my core area of expertise, since joining Project One, I have worked on assignments in both the Healthcare Provider and Defence industries, supporting organisations with their people engagement strategies. People are the driving force of change and I help our customers to realise the benefits of their programmes by ensuring their teams are actively engaged throughout the whole programme lifecycle.
My people first approach, centred around collaboration, ensures stakeholder engagement and compelling communication. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and coaching others to develop their change capability.
