With over 20 years’ experience helping clients deliver their largest and most complex transformation programmes, I am passionate about change. I began my career at a digital start-up and then over the subsequent 10 years worked for several tier 1 and tier 2 banks, gaining experience in structured project and programme management disciplines whilst delivering change across the front and back office. Most recently, I spent 10 years at Deloitte architecting and leading the people side of global change management programmes, driven by risk and regulation, cost reduction, digital and the changing nature of work. I specialise in human-centred transformation, behavioural change and culture and bring an informed and pragmatic approach to achieving sustained change.
