I have fifteen years consulting experience across a range of sectors including financial services, telecoms, infrastructure, government and healthcare. My principal area of specialism is digital transformation, helping customers define digital strategy, build digital capabilities and deliver digital programmes. I have extensive delivery experience across the programme lifecycle, including complex programme planning, design and management, as well as wide-ranging strategy development experience, including operating model design and strategic analysis, benchmarking and planning.
