It has been my privilege over the past 25 years to work with many different organisations including Rolls Royce, the FCO, the Co-operative Bank, NHS, and BAES. The initial impetus across the many programmes I have delivered has been diverse – often IT based – and in all cases success has been grounded in an ability to shape and deliver business change. Securing that business change demands an ability to work with people across all aspects of an organisation regardless of size and complexity, an ability I share with my colleagues across Project One.
