Helen Baker

Change Consultant

I am a Transformational Change Leader with over 23 years’ experience helping organisations to steer through their most critical change and transformation programmes. I have a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, Finance and Business Intelligence, mainly gained in Financial Services, but also in the FMCG sector. I have led Change delivery throughout all aspects of the lifecycle including: Business Architecture; Operating Model Design; Programme and Portfolio Management; and Business Readiness. I also have experience of using a broad range of methodologies, including Agile.
