I am a Senior Change Leader with over 25 years’ experience helping organisations with business and technology transformation. I have wide range of consulting experience; Programme and team leadership, digital transformation, data driven decision making, technology enabled change, process improvement and IT standardisation mainly gained in the Energy but also in the Pharma and Transport Sectors.

 

I have a strong focus on business value and ensuring that the case for change and the customers target outcome remains at the top of the agenda throughout the programme.
