I have over 20 years’ experience transforming businesses and delivering change across financial services, consumer marketing / loyalty, start-ups, Telcos and broadcasters. Typically working in leadership roles within Digital Programmes, my experience encompasses Digital Transformation Programmes, creating and leading product management functions, data and analytics as well as process re-engineering. I build very strong relationships with the teams, stakeholders and suppliers I work with, and am trusted to lead them to successful outcomes from greenfield projects to the recovery of struggling programmes.
