I am an outcome focused Programme Director who delivers business change and transformation via portfolios and programmes, across multiple industry sectors, such as Financial Services, Retail, Aviation, Logistics, Telecommunications, Central Government, Outsource Service Provision, Private Equity backed organisations and Start Ups.

 

I work closely with customer teams to define outcomes and delivery governance to drive their change agenda. I enjoy mentoring individuals, transferring skills and when working as a Head of Change, I have established and refined change functions to embed a capability that can face future challenges.
