I am an experienced programme manager who has led complex, technology-enabled business transformation programmes across a range of industry sectors and have over 20 years of experience working with clients across the full life cycle of change programmes from initial programme design through all phases of delivery to post go-live benefits realisation. I have experience of programmes which often include deployment of ERP and new technologies as a core enabling component of the business transformation with experience across the oil & gas, mining, chemicals, power & utilities, life sciences, teleco and automotive sectors.

Why I joined Project One

I joined Project One to be able to operate truly as a client-side advisor, to put the client first and to be empowered to ‘do the right thing’.
