Jeremy Padgham

I have 20+ years’ experience working across various transformation and change programmes. I combine practitioner level qualifications with extensive real-life experience across different organisations and sectors to deliver tangible results for customers. Frequently called upon to lead complex initiatives or rescue programmes/projects, I excel at maintaining focus on delivery even amidst challenging problems. I have experience across the programme lifecycle from start-up through to closure, across technology, procurement and operating model initiatives. I am adept at working both supplier and customer sides both in advisory and delivery roles.
