I am a delivery focused project management professional with over 20 years’ experience in program management consulting. A driven and motivated leader with broad experience in digital transformation, client relationship development and the creation of project management offices.

 

I have proven experience leading global teams across Europe, the Middle East, the USA, Asia and Australia with a heavy focus on creation of, and leading PMO’s, large programs, and recovering off track programs. Key knowledge areas include cross-functional delivery, change management and leading empowered teams to success.
