I have over 25 years’ experience of working with senior executives and leadership teams, across a wide variety of organisations and sectors, to define, manage and implement change. During this time, I have delivered advisory consulting in a variety of contexts, such as, Digital Transformation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Cost Reduction and Customer Experience. I have focused specifically on helping business leaders to develop operating models, design organisational structures and define the capabilities and culture they need to support their strategic ambitions. I have applied this expertise and experience to support my customers to build the necessary commitment and buy-in to successfully implement change into their businesses.
Firstly, it felt like a great time to be joining Project One with the celebrations of the 20th anniversary of the company’s founding last year and an exciting new Market Proposition and plan for growth in place. Secondly, I have always been aware of Project One’s reputation in the market for customer-focus, high-quality delivery and a collaborative culture – that chimes with my own personal values and is the kind of business I want to work for. Finally, having met numerous people from across the team, I have been impressed by the individual and collective calibre and the all-round positive attitude, ultimately that’s why I joined.
