Jonathan Walsh

Change Consultant

I have over 25 years’ experience working in many aspects of Data and Information Management. A significant majority of that time has been spent working at leading UK retailers, covering data integration, data warehousing, business intelligence and related areas. I was responsible for all business intelligence at a top four UK grocer for several years, running architecture, delivery and support using an in-house team, supplemented by services from a range of third parties in a mixed on/near/off-shore model.

 

In more recent years, I was employed by a leading global consultancy in digital analytics delivery. This involved a number of large scale projects in financial services and utilities including data management for regulatory compliance, as well as more advanced analytics and machine learning in an ‘Analytics As A Service’ model.

Why I joined Project One

I joined Project One as I wanted to retain the opportunity to work across multiple clients whilst working for an organisation that is truly aligned with delivering the best outcome for the client. The role of trusted advisor to the client allows me to bring all my industry expertise to bear on complex data centric problems, truly working alongside and within the client organisation to deliver the right result for them.
