I am a hands-on, delivery focused Programme and Transformation Manager with over 30 years’ global delivery experience for industry leading clients across multiple sectors for example telco, health, defence, manufacturing and public sector.

 

My experience includes IT-enabled business transformation, customer and supplier management, product management, agile delivery and cost reduction via offshore transformation. My individual drive, organisational flair, stakeholder management, leadership and influencing skills are key to successful delivery for my customers.
