Kevin Phillips

Change Consultant

I started my career in the UK Civil Service in support of UK Research and Development, working on the creation of the first mobile telephones and technology development for the wider telecommunications industry, including optical fiber and cable TV. I then moved into the IT industry and worked for many of the big names in the industry leading project and programme delivery for large IT systems. I gained a reputation for delivery and then became a trouble shooter for failing programmes, finding solutions to problems and ensuring delivery. After more than 20 years working with various large companies I started my own consulting company and enjoyed 10 years of delivering large scale IT enabled business change.

Why I joined Project One

Having been aware of Project One for a number of years, I have always been impressed with how they work and the variety of clients and work they have been involved with. As an award winning organisation with a culture that aligned very closely with my own views and experience it was a natural step to join Project One and expand the scope of the work I deliver for clients. It has also been an opportunity to join part of an expanding team and bring the wider experience of Project One to the clients I work with, adding even more value to my assignments.
