Lee Timmins

I bring more than 25 years of performance improvement and transformation experience as a line manager, management consultant and executive. I have broad industry experience across private and public sectors, with deep expertise in Manufacturing, Defence, Healthcare, Consulting and IT services. My focus has always been delivering operational & financial performance improvement through business change: operating model redesign, cost optimisation, Lean, supply chain, and digital technology deployment. I have a strong M&A track record, from strategy and target acquisition, through to due diligence and successful post-merger integration. I have enjoyed international management experience at executive level, leading global business units to deliver organic growth.

I also have a deep interest in sustainability, especially shaping programmes to deliver decarbonisation goals, and I’m part way through an MSc program in business sustainability leadership to ensure I have the capability to support customers with sustainability related transformation programmes.
