I am a hands-on, delivery focused, business and IT transition and transformation programme specialist with over 20 years’ experience in sectors including Pharmaceutical, Automotive Manufacturing, Aerospace, Financial Services and Utilities. I have experience of managing complex teams of customers, contractors, other consultancies and third parties to mobilise, recover and deliver large-scale global programmes. My ability to quickly build relationships across all levels of the organisation, quickly identify root cause issues and work collaboratively to resolve and move forward are key to successful delivery with my customers.

Why I joined Project One

I spent the first 12 years of my career in industry before moving to a large consultancy.
