My background has focussed on change, working primarily with a broad range of organisations across the financial services sector. As a HR generalist, I enjoy helping organisations work with their people to strengthen their contribution to the business. At Project One I’m responsible for our people proposition. Whether it’s recognising the outstanding contribution of our people, creating the environment for them to develop, or adding new talent to our organisation, people are always at the forefront of my thinking.
Project One is a business which has strong, positive ambitions and a clear sense of where it wants to go. It’s a ‘grown-up’ business. It respects adults for being adults, trusting them to do the right thing, day in, day out. I’ve particularly enjoyed (and benefitted from) the opportunity of working with hugely talented and experienced people, always learning from them. Last, but certainly not least, in amongst the hugely complex and challenging work we do, Project One never loses sight of the importance of enjoying what it does, and having fun.
