I am an experienced transformation leader having designed and delivered large scale, high-profile, and high investment change in the public and private sectors for over 25 years. I’ve also held in-house project management leadership roles and provided change consultancy and advice to customers through all stages of their transformation journeys. My experience includes delivering complex change across all dimensions of people, process, and technology, project recovery, and building organisational wide project management capability.

Why I joined Project One
