Matt Foley

Consulting Director

I am an experienced, Board level, leader with extensive Programme Management and Transformation experience in both the Private and Public Sectors.

 

I have over 25 years’ experience and have worked on some of the Country’s largest transformation programmes including Brexit, Defence Reform and the National Highways £25B Road Investment Strategy.

 

I have experience of working on both the client side as well as in consulting roles and, as such, bring ‘lived’ experience of managing change in a range of business environments, ensuring solutions are tailored for the client and are both implementable and sustainable.

Why I joined Project One
