I am a Change Management professional with 15 years experience in delivering large transformation programmes, projects, and business change in complex, global environments primarily in the Aviation sector and in the Legal and Telecoms sector.

 

Through building trusted partnerships, influencing senior stakeholders, driving operational readiness, and equipping business teams with the skills and capabilities required, I have delivered successful change to improve operational performance and achieve measurable outcomes.

 

I am passionate about working alongside people and bringing them along the change journey to demonstrate the art of what’s possible with authenticity and integrity.
