Nick Houlton

Client Partner

I started work at KPMG Management Consulting, and then joined a small start-up that I helped to grow into a highly successful global consultancy/ SaaS provider. Now with over 25 years working in and around transformational change and programme delivery my role at Project One is giving me great opportunities to deliver complex change for a diverse range of clients.

 

I have experience in a number of sectors, including financial services, pharma, motor and equipment finance and local government, and across the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple change programmes.  I thoroughly enjoy applying my experience and expertise to help organisations solve challenging problems and to deliver exceptional programmes and change initiatives.
