I am change professional with over 20 experience years in delivering diverse, large scale, complex transformational projects and programmes. These include design and delivery of target operating models for a variety of functions and industry sectors such as Financial Services, Blue-light and Public Sector. I’ve delivered programmes that include telephony migrations, operational risk management frameworks and project/programme turnarounds.

 

I lead by example, bringing energy, drive and a keen eye for detail to my work, taking ownership in challenging environments to identify and successfully deliver solutions.
