Over the past 13 years, I have worked as a Transformation, Change and Project Management professional to achieve business outcomes through people.  During this time, I worked on over 40 projects across multiple industries and various roles within the profession.

 

My passion is to partner with people. I fundamentally believe every change can realise its benefits if you are able to connect a genuine understanding of the people you are working with, the drivers for the change and the alignment to the organisational strategy.

 

Over the years I have delivered practical, hands-on change management, developed and implemented strategic change programmes, and designed corporate change frameworks aligned to organisational cultural aspirations.

Why I joined Project One
