Patrick Ellis

Change Consultant

I have worked for 28 years across the public sector – 18 years of which has been in senior leadership roles successfully delivering transformational change. I have deep experience as a Programme Director and SRO leading Strategy and Operational Model work, Digital Delivery creating new Commercial Models and Service Re Designs. The key skill I bring, is helping to simplify complex problems and collaborating with people to identify practical solutions which can be implemented. I am determined and resilient and particularly enjoy getting difficult projects over the line.

Why I joined Project One

I had worked with Project One as a client and had always been impressed by the professionalism of the team. I like that Project One only supply senior and experienced people with real experience of how change actually works. Having got to know them better, I have learnt there is a real family atmosphere in Project One and a willingness to share and support people. So, as I begin this new venture of being a consultant, it seemed the perfect place to start.
