I am a senior transformation and change consultant with over 15 years’ experience delivering complex, enterprise‑wide change programmes. I specialise in operating‑model‑led and portfolio‑driven transformation, underpinned by Lean and Operational Excellence principles to drive sustainable performance improvement.

 

I have also worked extensively across financial services, media, retail, FMCG, logistics, telecommunications, and the public sector. I am particularly effective in complex, high‑pressure environments where clarity, pace, and operational discipline are critical to success.
