I’m an experienced Programme Manager with over 20 years of project/programme experience and a track record of leading significant and complex change programmes. I’ve operated in many sectors and feel equally comfortable operating as Change lead helping to land and embed change with business teams, as I am with operating as a Programme Manager delivering technology enablement or process changes.
I have high levels of personal drive and integrity, focused on achieving change outcomes. A strong leader, I engage well with stakeholders and build strong relationships. My natural style is to engage with others and work collaboratively.
I like the fact that Project One is a consultancy focused on delivering value for our customers rather than a large consultancy focussed on its profits. I enjoy working client-side helping our customers shape and deliver transformational change. I love the fact that every single person in the company is friendly and supportive and there are no egos on show. I already knew several people at Project One when I joined, having worked with them at previous organisations; and these were all individuals that I had enjoyed working with before and respected greatly.
I like the variety of work I am able to get involved with, and the challenges that come with large scale transformational change. I strongly value the efforts that Project One and its staff put into charity work and supporting environmental change and carbon neutrality.
