Growing up in fast paced, operational retail and consumer goods environments, I spent 50% of my time building high performing teams that deliver great results, and the rest of the time thinking “What’s next?” and “How are we going to get there?”. As a trusted transformation leader, I spent the next decade designing and leading complex global, multidisciplinary transformation programmes. I ensure people are at the heart of every transformation, empowered and augmented by technology and processes that enable not constrain them. I believe creating the conditions for individuals and organisations to evolve, to create meaningful, impactful change that sticks.
