I am a highly experienced change professional with over 15 years of experience successfully delivering end-to-end people, process and technology-based change initiatives of all sizes across multiple industries, geographies and business models. Customer centricity, high performing teams and benefits realisation are key focus areas for me, as are the strong relationships I develop with those I work with and support. Having held a variety of change consulting, delivery and team lead roles, I joined Project One as a consultant in January 2022.
