I am a consultant with over 15 years’ experience across multiple industries including financial services, public sector, pharmaceutical, telecoms and utilities. My specialisation is in delivery and transformation programmes, helping clients to realise the business value of the change they are undertaking.

 

I have a wide range of experience leading and operating across the delivery lifecycle, and working in varying delivery methodologies. I thrive in complex environments helping to navigate through uncertainty to deliver a positive outcome. My personal approach is to lead from the front with energy and a strong attention to detail.
