Steve Wood

I began my career in IT Financial Services as a JCL and COBOL Programmer. I worked my way through the IT disciplines such as Systems Analysis, Business Analyst and IT Project Manager. I then moved into management consultancy and over the past 20 years have worked in multiple sectors, such as manufacturing, transport, health, insurance and utilities. The roles I have undertaken have been very diverse from large to mid-scale IT and business change project management, portfolio management, package and bespoke system implementation, IT strategy management and PMO. I have an interest in contact centres, learning management systems, regulatory projects and core banking. I hold formal qualifications in project management, systems analysis, artificial intelligence and knowledge based systems.
