Susie Fleming

Change Consultant

I have over two decades experience delivering transformation and change, both as a consultant with Accenture and as part of the in-house transformation team at Sky.

 

During this time I have worked across multiple industries and initiatives, including new product and business launches, customer experience and digital transformation, technology-led transformation and M&A. I believe that successful change is always team effort – and I am passionate about enabling that through effective Programme and Stakeholder Management, meaningful Change Management, and a focus on developing individuals and teams.

 

I joined Project One in August 2023 and I am looking forward to using my delivery and transformation expertise to help our customers to achieve their change objectives.
