I have over 30 years’ experience delivering large scale, multi-vendor, multi-country engagements. Known for my professional integrity and dedication to customer success, I provide leadership and consultancy delivering technology-enabled business transformation and change programmes across a broad range of clients within the Automotive, Construction, Consumer Products, Industrial Products, Retail, Telecom, Oil and Gas and Professional Services industries.

 

As an authentic leader with an open and honest approach to business challenges, my key knowledge areas include large scale complex business transformation, establishing new service offerings through outsourcing, change management, leading global teams, RFx and contract preparation & negotiation, building and leading diverse teams while championing collaboration.
