Extraordinary workplace engagement
Project One recognised for extraordinary workplace engagement!
We are thrilled to have received a 3 Star accreditation from Best Companies. This is the highest accreditation available and indicates that the Project One team’s engagement is rated as ‘extraordinary’.
The accreditation is based on employees’ responses to questions within the Best Companies survey. This ‘Michelin style’, elite accreditation system recognises organisations by Star Status and this year just 121 organisations out of 896 applicants achieved the top 3 Star Status. Best Companies established the accreditation standard in 2000 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace. The accreditation is a focus on Workplace Engagement as an integral component of an organisation’s success and growth.
Commenting on this recent achievement, Managing Director, Ian Hellens said:
“The Best Companies 3 Star accreditation is important because it helps Project One to attract the highest calibre of talent to support clients in the execution of their business strategy. I feel extremely proud of what we, as a team, have achieved together and look forward to using the team’s feedback to help us become an even better company for our people and our customers.”
