We have a collaborative and friendly culture where the focus is working together to deliver real change and make a real difference for our clients. You won’t get pigeon holed at Project One, we work with many of the UK’s largest FTSE organisations helping them deliver business defining change, at scale. Most of the programmes we work on have £multi-million budgets, are complex and require our team to work in the more senior positions. Our consultants do not have sales targets, but everyone has a responsibility to build great relationships and participate in the sales process to help our customers get the most value from Project One.

We pride ourselves on getting consultant deployment right - carefully matching skills and experience and engaging the team at all stages of this process. As our clients are based right across the UK we require UK-wide location flexibility from our team. Where possible we do take client and consultant location into account.

Our clients are some of the world’s largest organisations and although we are predominately UK based, we do get asked to undertake overseas assignments. We always discuss with our team on a case-by-case basis, to ensure a great fit in terms of aspirations, skills and personal circumstances.

You can apply directly online. We review all applications and provide feedback. We have a three stage interview process, which gives us an opportunity to really get to know you and also to ensure you have all the information you need about Project One before making a decision.

We are currently being targeted with a recruitment scam where individuals are being approached about a position at Project One and interviewed via Skype. Upon completion of the interview individuals are sent paperwork asking for bank details including online passwords and in some cases for money to be sent, to secure employment. Project One will always ask to interview you in person and we will never ask you for passwords or to send us money.
