Project One recognised by Best Companies!

We are thrilled to have received a 3 Star accreditation from Best Companies this month. This is the highest accreditation available and indicates that the Project One team’s engagement is rated as ‘extraordinary’.

The accreditation is based on employees’ responses to questions within the Best Companies survey. This ‘Michelin style’, elite accreditation system recognises organisations by Star Status and this year just 165 organisations out of 1336 applicants achieved the top 3 Star Status; so this really is something to be very proud of!

Best Companies established the accreditation standard in 2000 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace. The accreditation is a focus on Workplace Engagement as an integral component of an organisation’s success and growth.

This accreditation is important because it helps Project One to attract the highest calibre of talent to support clients in the execution of their business strategy; and provides the opportunity to receive honest feedback from the team that can help us to continuously improve the company. We will continue to enter the survey every three years in order to get the most up to date team feedback and ensure we can implement any changes and improvements before the next survey takes place.

Commenting on this recent achievement, Managing Director, Ian Hellens, said, “I am thrilled that we have retained our 3 star accreditation which recognises Project One as an extra-ordinary workplace. This is testimony to the hard work, commitment and collaboration that happens every single day. Thank you to everyone who took part in the survey; this award is only possible thanks to your participation and your open and honest feedback.

“I believe this is the most precious of awards, as it celebrates everything that is special about Project One, and most importantly, our team. I look forward to using the team’s feedback to help us become an even better company for our people and our customers.”
