An interview with Ian de Snoo
What attracted you to Project One?
I joined Project One to be able to operate truly as a client-side advisor, to put the client first and to be empowered to ‘do the right thing’. Having experienced delivery of consulting services within highly regulated environments, I was attracted by the freedom to deliver client work without such constraints.
Has it lived up to expectations?
Without a doubt. The recruitment process enabled me to get a good idea of what to expect and I was not disappointed. It’s pretty straightforward really, no surprises, it does what it says on the tin!
What sort of person should join Project One?
Working at senior levels you will need to utilise all the experience and knowledge you have gained and built-on over the years. You will be supported by your Account Director and Project One colleagues but will be empowered from the outset to stand on your own two feet and deliver at a high level.
An interview with Steve Calder
What attracted you to Project One?
A new challenge. I liked the ‘feel’ of the company from the first conversation with the recruitment lead.
Has it lived up to expectations?
Yes – I have been fortunate to have worked with two great clients since I started – one local to me in the UK and one in Belgium. I have enjoyed having the freedom to just focus on delivering with the client – minimal overheads and total support from across the Project One business.
What sort of person should join Project One?
Those that are passionate about delivery – working directly with client businesses to make a difference and add value to what they do.

People that have deep experience, can work alone or as part of small teams, and who are not afraid of hard work. Change professionals in short.
