I spent the early part of my career at Andersen Consulting, quickly moving into the Change Practice and working on business change programmes across Telco, Utilities and Government.
I then moved to industry with UBS where I set up and ran PMO functions for a global SAP implementation, the EURO introduction, and Y2K compliance programmes prior to working with their global finance leadership team to help them better shape change.
Following a change of career to satisfy my entrepreneurial and family aspirations (helping to expand my wife’s event catering business and our family at the same time!), I have spent the last 11 years as a Client Account Director assuring and growing key accounts in the Telco, FMCG, Aviation, Hi-tech consumer products, Insurance and Legal sectors.
WHY I JOINED PROJECT ONE
From a career perspective, this is an exciting time to be joining Project One. The business has a clear vision for its future and is launching a new range of compelling market propositions and services to meet the evolving consulting needs of its clients.
From a personal perspective, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a number of the Project One team over the past few years and had been struck by their individual calibre, collaborative approach, professional integrity and customer focus. It was clear to see that clients valued their calm hand on the tiller when delivering complex change and transformation agendas.
All of the above resonated closely with my personal values and aspirations: the people, propositions, plans and progressive culture proved to be a compelling personal proposition…the ‘Seven P’s’ in another guise!
