I’ve been fortunate enough to have delivered highly varied change programmes across multiple sectors in my career. Outsourcings, regulatory change, business improvement and integrations have been central to most of my experience. My strengths lie in good relationship management, clarity of approach through structure, creating a team delivery ethos and having some fun on the way. I like to adopt an outcomes and benefits focused approach so that we maintain awareness of the need for the initiative in the first place.
Why I Joined Project One
I like the opportunity of variation, the ability to work across disparate sectors and programmes is of interest to me. Equally the opportunity to pass on my own experiences, skills and thoughts on those sectors/programmes that I have worked on was also, for me, a good use of knowledge retention. From the off, everyone has been really friendly and accommodating and that has helped enormously.
