I am change and transformation lead, with over 15 years’ experience delivering complex programmes both as a consultant and within industry transformation roles. I have a passion for collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape and mobilise major change and innovation programmes, translating strategy into tangible action.
I have significant experience of building, coaching and mentoring transformation teams, PMOs and programme managers. I bring a highly conscientious approach to change within organisations, with the ability to flex my style to help build trust and momentum across different business units. I enjoy working in environments with high levels of ambiguity, driving clarity from complexity.
