I have nearly 30 years’ experience of working on business change, starting in industry roles with National Grid and Sony, and then starting my consulting career with Deloitte. I have since been lucky enough to live and work all over the world, including the UK, US, Mainland Europe, Australia and Asia.
My focus for the past 15 years has been on leading teams to deliver large scale transformation for customers. This transformation has included Digital Transformation, In-sourcing and Outsourcing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Customer Experience, and HR Transformation. Industries supported include insurance, aviation, travel & leisure, manufacturing, oil & gas, law, and telco.
Why I joined Project One
I have worked for several consulting firms over the past 21 years, and I am delighted to have joined Project One at this stage of their journey.
Through several meetings with the Project One Leadership and the team, I found a close fit between my own personal values and those of Project One. Most of my career has been based on the principle of “Do the right thing” – for customers and for the team – and this is one of Project One’s core values.
This focus on the right thing is supported by a belief in trust, respect, and a collaborative environment, all of which make Project One a great place for me to work.
