I joined Project One in 2016 and am a leader of complex transformation programmes with over 19 years of experience in a ‘big four’ consulting environment and outsourcing organisations. In this time, I specialised in leadership of complex change programmes and organisation design spanning healthcare, police, central government and financial services. I have recently completed a complex transformation programme of the leadership model for a major NHS Trust and have shaped and mobilised £200m transformation programme for the Police/Home Office.
Why I joined Project One
I am passionate about delivering lasting change and this is why I feel really at home at Project One, where I am surrounded by like-minded professionals who can bring their wealth of experience and bring simplicity, momentum and calmness to clients dealing with complexity or stalled programmes. There is a focus on always doing the right thing for the client – displaying integrity and a real can-do approach. We have the autonomy to roll our sleeves up and to get on with making things happen, whilst putting our experience to good use.
